No communication by Navigator Wealth Fund LLC, or any affiliates (collectively, “Navigator”), through this website or any other medium, should be construed or are intended to be a recommendation to purchase, sell or hold any security or otherwise to be investment, tax, financial, accounting, legal, regulatory or compliance advice. Only information written in the form of a Private Placement Memorandum and supplied for such use with a specific accredited investor recipient. Nothing on this website is intended as an offer to extend credit, an offer to purchase or sell securities or a solicitation of any securities transaction. Only a Private Placement Memorandum and specific Deal Disclosures shall be used to convey the details on any offerings.
Investments in private placements are speculative in nature and involve a high degree of risk. Those investors, accredited or unaccredited, who cannot afford to lose their entire investment should not invest. Investors may, and often do, receive illiquid and/or restricted securities in exchange for their investment and these securities may be subject to holding period requirements and/or have limited liquidity options. Private placement investments are highly illiquid and investors who cannot hold an investment for the long term (at least 5-7 years) should not invest. Navigator Wealth Fund LLC may hold assets for even longer periods of time should it be opportunistic for the fund and/or the investors.
Accredited and non-accredited investors often seek investment in alternative investments. However, alternative investments should only be part of your overall investment portfolio. Navigator Wealth Fund LLC encourages investors to have a balance of investment risk, and asks investors to seek professional independent advise on how to balance your portfolio risk. The alternative investment portion of your portfolio should also include a balance and laddered approach.
The decision to invest in securities (the “Investments”) listed on Navigator Wealth Fund LLC or it’s associated investor accessible portal poses risks, including but not limited to credit risk, interest rate risk, and the risk of losing some or all of the money you invest. Before making an investment, you should: (A) conduct your own investigation, due diligence and analysis for any investment; (B) consider carefully the investment and all related charges, fees, expenses, uncertainties and risks, including the uncertainties and risks described in subsequent deal offering materials; and (C) consult with your own investment, tax, financial and legal advisors. Navigator Wealth Fund LLC’s Security offerings are only suitable for those who are accredited investors under SEC rules. Accredited investors must understand and be willing and able to accept the high risks associated with private investments.
It should be clear that private placement investments and short-term debt funds are NOT bank deposits and should not be thought of directly as bank deposits. As a result, they are neither insured by the FDIC nor by any other federal governmental agency. Returns are NOT guaranteed by Navigator Wealth Fund LLC or any other related party or entity. Any investment made MAY lose value. Neither the Securities and Exchange Commission nor any federal or state securities commission or regulatory authority has recommended or approved any investment offered or the accuracy or completeness of any of the contained information or materials provided by or through this website. All investors must be able to afford the loss of their entire investment.
Investors should plan on investing in private placements with long-term commitments, have the ability to afford to lose the entire investment and have low liquidity needs from the investment.
