We will soon be offering a Private Money Lending / Hard Money Lending investment option where investment proceeds will be used to fund 1st position lending or real estate assets.  The funds will be loaned at up to 70% LTV/LTC on a short term basis.  The fund is anticipating targeted returns to investors of 8%, paid on a quarterly basis.  An 18-36 Month hold is planned.
